Professional installation of new or existing equipment ensures a fast, trouble-free start-up.
What does industrial equipment installation include?
We install production equipment according to manufacturer instructions and production needs. Installation work includes securing the equipment, making electrical and pneumatic connections, calibration and testing before start-up.
Our electrical work ensures the equipment receives power correctly and safely.
When do you need installation services?
Installation services are suitable both for first-time commissioning of new equipment and for relocating existing equipment to a new location. If you are installing an entire production line, see our production line installation service. We can also build the production premises and utility routing needed for the equipment.
Installation step by step
- Confirming the layout: together with the client we agree the equipment layout, taking into account the dimensions of the production space and the logic of the production process.
- Unloading and positioning: where needed we use a truck-mounted crane to lift heavy equipment precisely and safely onto the prepared foundation.
- Fixing and connecting: the equipment is fixed in place and connected to the electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Automation set-up: the different parts of the line are configured to work in sync with each other.
- Testing: we check the safety systems and test the equipment (a line at full load) before handover to the client.
- Handover: we make the necessary adjustments to the configuration and hand over the equipment ready to run.
