Production line installation in Jüri
We installed the client’s new production line in a Jüri production building, from equipment layout through to start-up.
Project overview
The client built a new production building in Jüri and needed an entire production line installed there from scratch.
The work covered placing the line’s machines according to the production layout, connecting them to each other, and synchronizing the whole line into one working whole.
How the installation went
We started by finalizing the equipment layout together with the client, taking into account the dimensions of the production space and the logic of the production process.
The equipment was positioned, fixed in place and connected to the electrical and pneumatic systems. The automation was configured so that the different parts of the line work in sync with each other.
Before handover to the client, we tested the line at full load, checked the safety systems and made the necessary adjustments to the configuration.
As a result, the client got a ready-to-run production line in the new building that met the planned productivity and quality requirements.
