This result is an indicative decision-support aid, not a formal feasibility study or investment decision.

      How the calculation works

Readiness is assessed in five equally weighted (20%) categories: space and layout, utilities and energy, staff and skills, supply chain and demand, and finance and regulation. The result is an overall score of 0–100 and a radar chart showing which areas limit expansion.

Example: if space and utilities are in order but staff and the financial plan are missing, the radar clearly shows that the first job is preparing the team and the budget.

      Frequently asked questions

      When should I assess expansion?

Before ordering construction or equipment, so that gaps do not turn into expensive surprises.

      Are all categories equal?

Yes, each makes up 20% of the result. In reality one constraint may be more decisive.

What should I do after the result?

Draw up an action plan for the lowest-scoring categories. We can help with installation and relocation questions.
