What the service covers

Moving a single machine still needs a plan: the route, lifting points, transport frames, the foundation and the connections at the new place. We take care of unloading, positioning, levelling and reconnection, and test the machine before handing it back to production.

How it works

  1. Mapping and planning: before dismantling we map all equipment and its connections and prepare a detailed relocation plan and schedule.
  2. Labelling: electrical and pneumatic connections and components are labelled so that reconnection at the new site is quick and error-free.
  3. Dismantling: the equipment is disconnected and prepared for transport.
  4. Transport: we map the route in advance, use special lifting frames and escort vehicles where needed, and allow for narrow roads and oversize loads.
  5. Installation and connection: the equipment is positioned at the new site, levelled, connected to the electrical and automation systems and set up according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
  6. Test run: before production restarts we carry out a test run and hand over the equipment.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to relocate industrial machinery?

It depends on the machines, their weight and dimensions, the route and the readiness of the new site. After a site visit or documentation review we agree a schedule with you.

What does machinery relocation include?

Disconnecting and preparing the machine, rigging and lifting, transport, positioning and levelling at the new site, electrical and pneumatic connection, and a test run.

Do you work outside Estonia?

Yes. We have delivered projects in 14 countries. Project teams can typically be mobilised across Europe within one month, depending on project scope and site requirements.

Are you insured?

We hold €200,000 liability insurance, valid also for international work.

How do I get a quote?

Send us your project through the quote form. The more you can tell us (equipment list, photos, current and new location, desired timing), the more precise our proposal will be. We do not publish price lists because every project is different.
