⚠️ This is a quick self-assessment based on your own input, not an on-site technical survey. For critical installations, we recommend an on-site review before ordering/shipping the equipment.

Want certainty that the installation site is truly ready?

      Request a pre-installation technical check
This result is an indicative decision-support aid, not an engineering calculation or formal assessment.

      How the calculation works

The checklist has 30 questions in six weighted categories: construction and space (20%), utilities (20%), logistics and access (15%), safety and compliance (15%), documentation and planning (15%) and team and commissioning (15%). Questions are rated 0–4 and the result is a weighted average of 0–100. Below 40 means the site is not ready for installation; 80 and above means fully ready.

Example: if only two 20%-weight categories are fully in order and the rest are missing, the result is 40/100, i.e. “partly ready – high risks”.

      Frequently asked questions

When should I run the check?

Before ordering the machine, and again before delivery, so there is still time to fix gaps.

      Who should complete the checklist?

The project manager together with the technical manager, production manager and safety specialist.

What does the result give me?

You see which categories are lagging and can build an action plan from the gaps before installation.
