Strengths

    Biggest gaps

⚠️ This is a quick initial assessment. Exact electrical, compressed-air, water-supply and cooling requirements must always be verified against the equipment’s technical documentation, with an electrician/utilities engineer involved where needed.

Want certainty that your plant is ready for new equipment?

      Request an installation readiness assessment
This result is an indicative decision-support aid, not a formal technical appraisal.

      How the calculation works

The checklist has 19 questions in five weighted categories: electrical supply (25%), compressed air and gases (20%), water and cooling (20%), ventilation and climate (15%), and building and IT readiness (20%). Questions are rated 0–4 and the result is a weighted average of 0–100. Below 40 means “not ready”, 80 and above “fully ready”.

Example: if only electrical supply (25%) and compressed air (20%) are fully in order and the rest are missing, the result is 45/100.

      Frequently asked questions

      Why check utilities separately?

Missing capacity, compressed air or cooling often comes to light only during installation and causes costly delays.

      Who should collect the data?

The technical manager or building administrator together with the machine supplier’s requirements.

Is it also suitable for a new building?

Yes, the checklist also helps assess the readiness of a new production building or an extension.
