A company engaged in the surface treatment of metal products needed regular maintenance for its Gema OptiFlex 2 Q manual powder coating gun. The smooth operation of a powder coating line depends largely on the condition of the manual gun: worn hoses and contaminated components can affect spray performance and the quality of the final result. Our technicians performed a thorough service of the OptiFlex 2 Q manual gun. During the work, the unit’s hoses were replaced. They are among the most heavily worn parts of powder coating equipment, and their condition directly affects the stability of the spraying process. In addition to the replacement, a general inspection of the equipment was carried out, during which all key components and connections were checked.
At the end of the service, we tested and took measurements on the equipment to verify that all parameters were correct and that the unit was operating properly. The checks showed that the equipment is in full working order after the service and meets the required specifications.
