Paint line relocation from Tallinn to Võru
We relocated the client’s paint line from Tallinn to Võru, planning the move so that production downtime was kept as short as possible.
Project overview
The client wanted to move its paint line from Tallinn to Võru in order to consolidate production in one modern production building. The line consisted of a conveyor system, booths and control equipment, whose dismantling and reinstallation required precise planning and careful documentation of all connections.
How the relocation went
Before dismantling we mapped the entire line – the conveyor system, fixing points and wiring – and marked all components so that reinstallation in Võru would go smoothly. At the new site we reassembled the supporting frame and the conveyor system, connected the control equipment and carried out a test run before handing the line over to the client.
