We expanded the client’s existing dust extraction filter in Riga to meet increased production needs.
Project overview
In 2014 we expanded a large dust extraction filter for a client in the wood and plywood industry in Riga.
The existing filter area was no longer enough for the client, who wanted to expand it by roughly one third.
What made the project exceptional
The expansion meant partly dismantling the existing filter and building a new section. In addition, the entire ductwork had to be rebuilt and new fans installed.
