We installed a new dust extraction unit for a Viljandi manufacturer, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Project overview
In the client’s production building, air quality needed to be improved and the dust load at the production lines reduced. As the solution we chose an extraction unit mounted on the outer wall of the building, connected to the dust sources inside the production building through ductwork.
How the installation went
We installed the filter unit on the outer wall of the building and built the ductwork connecting it to the dust points of the production lines. After the mechanical and electrical connection we tested the system’s suction capacity and tightness and configured the automation to ensure stable and economical operation.
