Your maintenance maturity result
Top 3 strengths
Top 3 gaps
Recommended actions
This result is an indicative assessment, not a certificate or formal audit. Critical technical and safety decisions must be confirmed by a competent specialist.
How the calculation works
The test has 35 questions in seven categories: strategy and criticality, planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability and RCA, spare parts, data and CMMS, and safety and documentation. Each question is rated 0–4 (from none to measured and continuously improved). Category weights are 10–15%, and the result is an overall score of 0–100 with a radar chart, three strengths, three gaps and recommended actions.
Example: if two of the seven 15%-weight categories are rated at maximum and the rest at zero, the overall score is 30 points, i.e. the “Initial” level.

How long does the test take?

What if I do not know the answer?
Choose “None”. An unanswered question counts as zero, which also shows that the topic needs attention.
